According to the Xbox 360 magazine 2014 will be a year of the next generation. Why? Because they think it's when the new Xbox will come out, that's why. Although it's just wild guesses about what it's going to look like, it's name, and the release date.
On Tuesday 21st of May 2013 we will find out what exactly to look forward to : D tis when they release all the information we want : D
So far with no idea what to expect, just the occasional rumours people talk about what they expect from the new console. Most of them want it to be really futuristic and all, I believe with the really high expectations they'll just end up being very disappointed. Obviously starting with the appearance of the box itself, you see some crazy concept art all over the place. And let's think realistically for a while, they have to make sure they're making money on it, a very complicated design will equal to production time being longer, a bigger chance for mistakes, more expensive material and that would obviously lead to the price being a lot higher. There they'd be risking people not actually deciding to buy it.
The concept art in the X360 magazine suggests there is 8 pads available to be connected to one box. Which I mean would be a good thing but when you think about it... you'd need a huge tv to be able to split the screen into 8 D:
Cause I mean with some games, like snipers for example, we struggle with 4 players, you can barely see the tiny heads you need to take out D:
Obviously we wanna see better quality gaming. We don't wanna see online lag possibly less crashes.
Some say that Microsoft will completely give up on 360 and they will stop producing and selling games for it. But I think it's not going to happen for another few years. I believe it'll be the same situation as with PS2 and any other old console.
But I suppose there isn't any reason to worry about it till we actually find out what it's going to be.
Afterall they are a big company and they know what they're doing...they shouldn't make silly mistakes that would make us hate them.
